The electronically gated Huntington Court & Huntington Place neighborhoods in South Huntington Beach which are adjacent to one another.  They were developed in the late 1980s by a well known builder of executive homes named of JM Peters. 

These two developments are the most recently built neighborhoods of their size and are the two South Huntington Beach neighborhoods with the largest floorplans. The communities offers a quiet gated suburban living experience within close proximity to schools, parks, shopping, and the soft sands of Huntington Beach.

>  The Huntington Place Community provides housing for approximately 160 families. The homes range from about 3,300 to 3,900 square feet.

>  Huntington Court is the smaller of the two developments and has about 73 homes. The homes range from about 2,550 to 3,300 square feet.

Some homeowners in Huntington Court & Huntington Place have added additional living area to their homes.  This is made possible by the large lots in these neighborhoods which range from 6,500 to 10,400 square feet.
